Return & Refund Policy

At Civic Bites Studio, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement if eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Incorrect size ordered by customer
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations due to screen settings

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
